How does Buy Now work?
Our Buy Now buttons connect directly to Stripe Checkout for a secure, seamless purchase experience. When you click Buy Now on an in-stock product with a configured Stripe link, you'll be taken to a secure checkout page where you can complete your purchase with confidence.
Are products true to size?
Yes, our pieces are designed to fit true to size with a comfortable, easy-to-wear fit. We recommend referring to the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we suggest sizing up.
What does Coming Soon mean?
Coming Soon products are pieces we're preparing to launch. While you can't purchase them yet, you can add them to your wishlist and we'll notify you when they become available. These pieces give you a preview of what's next in our collections.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Little Steps Studio pieces. If something doesn't work out, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I care for my Little Steps Studio pieces?
Most of our pieces are machine washable for easy care. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry. Check individual product care labels for specific instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve more families around the world. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How do I update stock or edit products? (For store owners)
Log in to the admin panel at /admin/login. From there, you can add new products, edit existing ones, upload images, change prices, update quantities, and mark items as in stock, out of stock, or coming soon.
Can I upload more products later? (For store owners)
Absolutely! The admin panel allows you to continuously add new products, create collections, upload images, and manage your entire catalogue as your business grows.
How do I edit product pictures? (For store owners)
In the admin panel, navigate to the product you want to edit. You can upload a new featured image and add multiple gallery images. You can also remove existing images and reorder your product gallery.
